Pathways to Employment (Phase II)

Many studies have indicated the significant impact from a youth or young adult being exposed to character development training. Specifically, assisting them to develop a “sense of purpose,” value for their community & family, respect for self and others - ultimately helping them to become productive and positive contributors to their immediate surroundings and beyond, while decreasing destructive life choices and behaviors that could lead to employment barrier and social deficiencies.
